Conga Line For Time: 27/24 Calories Rowed 21 Wall Balls 25/20 | 20/14 15 Toe to Bar | 15 Knee Raise 9 Single Arm DB step overs 50/35 | 35/20 6 OHS 155/105 | 115/85 **9 min time cap** ***Tiebreak time after last athlete finishes the 21 Wall Balls*** Format: At 3..2..1.. GO Athlete 1 starts Cals on Rower. When finished with Cals Athlete 1 will then move to Wall Balls and Athlete 2 can start Cals on Rower. This will continue until all athletes have completed all movement. Athletes are not allowed to pass the person in front of them. If an athlete finishes before the athlete in front of them they then must wait at that station until they have finished and your judge moves you forward. Score is time finished or Cap + tiebreak time **all open standards will apply and they will be reviewed and discussed in the athlete briefing!

Paired UP For Time: One pair M/F working at a time. 80 Synchro Alternating DB Hang Snatch 50/35 | 35/20 40 Synchro Power Clean and Jerks 155/105 | 115/75 30 Synchro Mirrored Bar Facing Burpees 15 Bar Muscle Ups | Pull ups ( NOT Synchro) **12 Min Time Cap** Flow: WOD 2A At 3..2..1.. GO.. First M/F pair will come out and start working on the 80 Synchro Alt DB Hang Snatches 50/35 | 35/20. DB Snatches must start with both heads of the dumbbell on the floor at the same time, the athletes will pick up the DB and stand to full extension before starting the rep. They then may drop to anywhere above the knee to start the DB hang stanch. They will then finish with the DB overhead at the same time to complete the rep. Opposite hand must be off the leg during the lift. Athletes can switch hands below the face and/or on the ground. If partner one gets overhead or to the ground before partner two then partner one must wait in that position until partner two get there. At any point M/F pairs my switch out at the start mats with a physical hand tag. Only one Male and one Female can work at a time. None working athletes must stay at start line till they are tagged to switch. Once all reps are completed the athletes may then advance to the next movement. All movements are synchro expect Bar Muscle up | Pull Ups. Time stops when last rep is completed. With any remaining time WOD 2B begins.... Once last REP of the Bar Muscle Up | Pull Up is completed athletes may move directly into Legless Rope Climbs | Rope Climbs *any athlete may perform with one athlete working at a time. There will be two scores here: WOD 2A WOD 2B **all open standards will apply and they will be reviewed and discussed in the athlete briefing!

RX For REPS: With time remaining in the 12 minutes Max Legless Rope Climbs Scaled For REPS: With time remaining in the 12 minutes Max Rope Climbs *any athlete may perform with one athlete working at a time.

2 REP Max HANG Snatch 4 Minutes for Male/Male -1 min transition- 4 Minutes for Female/Female Flow and Standards: At 3..2..1.. GO.. Males will start their 4 min lifting window. Both Males can help load and unload the bar. Male one will complete a 2 REP HANG SNATCH (power or squat). Male two must be off and behind the lifting area for the lift to count. Bar must be deadlifted to full extension then can be dropped anywhere above the knee to start the REP. Athletes must show control at the top and stand to full extension. The judge will give the athlete the signal when the lift is good and then they can go into the second rep with the bar NOT dropping below the knee. Again, athletes must show control at the top and stand to full extension for the judges signal good rep. The bar must be brought back down to the hips before dropping the bar to the floor. Any bar dropped from overhead will be a NO REP. (safety first) If the bar is lifted off the floor before time the Athlete may finish the REP. Once the 4 min window is done for the Males there will be a 1 min transition then the Females 4 min window will start. Both Females can help load and unload the bar.
